In December 2002, Associated Underwater Services was formed by Kerry Donohue and in June 2009 his wife, Nanci joined the business as president of the company.

AUS is currently working on several projects in the Continental U.S., maintaining annual contracts and providing diving services, underwater construction, as well as topside support.
